Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps floor.
• Vacuums rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets; and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Performs such other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE PRIOR FLOOR WORK experience of safely stripping, scrubbing and recoating of vinyl floors, carpet extracting, pressure washing, automatic scrubbers and other various floor machines. 
• MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.

• Must be flexible to help with other cleaning duties as needed. 
• Must eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to READ ENGLISH.
• Must be able to PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRIVER LICENSE SCREENING.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
