**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including processing employment applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Handle daily office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize employee records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors in both English and Spanish.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
